4 cups 80 proof vodka

2 cups freshly cut + washed + dried rosemary leaves

Put in a tightly sealed jar, in a dark place for 6 weeks

After 6 weeks strain out the leaves and you have rosemary extract.

&  a few edibles, from the garden, to go with my tea.
